Mobile Tickets and Passes
You are able to purchase and use bus tickets or passes on your smartphones or other mobile devices quickly and conveniently by downloading the Token Transit App in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
Tickets and passes may be purchased by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover at City Hall, 1010 10th Street, Second Floor, Suite 2100, Cashiering, or in the StanRTA Office at the Downtown Transit Center.
Tickets may also be purchased on board the bus, however only cash is accepted and exact change is required.
Fax or Mail
You may purchase using fax or mail by printing the Ticket and Pass Purchase Form (PDF). With this form you may pay using Visa, MasterCard, or Discover (check or money order accepted on mail orders only). Once the form is complete, fax the form to 209-341-2929, or mail to the address on the form. Do not mail cash. A recurring credit card charge option is available; see the fax/mail form for details.
Passes Are Not Transferable / Non-Refundable
Passes are not transferable between patrons. All persons not paying a one-way cash fare must have a valid round-trip ticket or monthly pass in their possession while riding the bus. Fare evasion is a violation of State Penal Code Section 640.
